    Under general supervision of the Vice President, Sales, The Sales Director will promote strategic growth for pharmacy business by identifying leads, performing business analysis and closing sales transactions.

    Responsibilities

    Major Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maintain successful relations with customers and potential customers by interacting professionally and pro-actively.
    • Meet with Administrators, Medical Professionals, Case Managers and other staff of customer organizations to present services, close deals, and assess business viability.
    • Promote the strategic growth for our company by identifying leads and closing transactions to grow the number of our operating pharmacies.
    • Visit existing customers and maintain successful relationships, bring back market feedback, and serve as a point of contact for our customers.
    • Attend conferences in an effort to maintain relationships with current customers, identify leads, and interact with potential customers.
    • Act as a liaison between our company and the customer through the contracting and implementation process.
    • Up to 75% Travel

    Qualifications

    Educational and Skills Requirements:

    • Strong Customer Service skills
    • Ability to establish and maintain relationships
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Ability to negotiate agreements
    • Business Analysis experience a plus
    • Prior Pharmacist experience a plus
