    ROLE SUMMARY

     

    The Director of Clinic Partnerships is the head of our Clinic Partnerships team. This team of eight managers and associates are responsible for driving the growth, revenue and presence of the Telepsychiatry business. The team is looking for a dynamic, experienced and thoughtful leader to usher growth to the next stage of maturity and acceleration. Clinic Partnerships Managers are the face of the company and travel approximately 75% of the year. Successful people in this role are credible, quick learners, approachable and understand how to foster executive relationships.  

    Responsibilities

    AS PART OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO

    • Through leadership, strategy and execution, take our Clinic Partnerships team to the next level by identifying new selling strategies, markets, product opportunities and teammate development infrastructure
    • Lead and sell: act as a player-coach as we expect our managers to be operators as well
    • Institutionalize a scalable sales process that includes but is not limited to incentive plan design and management
    • Establish a program for salesperson growth, development and cultivation
    • Develop an effective CRM process and reporting strategy as we transition from Dynamics to Salesforce
    • Build a salesforce enabled to grow the business even more aggressively
    • Work effectively with other executives across Genoa to build better cross-team processes and sourcing opportunities
    • Maintain relationships with C-Suite executives, medical directors, psychiatrists, and pharmacists
    • Educate stakeholders about our providers, our unique offering, software, and regulations
    • Match psychiatry providers with underserved Community Mental Health Centers
    • Be comfortable learning on the job, and customizing your training to your learning style

    Qualifications

    WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • Strong vision-setting and team-leadership skills
    • Expertise building a sales playbook for b2b-healthcare businesses
    • Proven track record of building and managing a remote sales team, with proven ability to convert good salespeople to great salespeople
    • 5+ years of working w C-suite executives in a sales process
    • Experience verticalizing sales process internally, working well with our customer success and implementation teams to drive a single, coherent consumer experience
    • Experience in community mental health, behavioral health, and/or substance use treatment
    • Demonstrated experience being detail-oriented, organized, and have exceptional follow-up capabilities
    • Ability to manage multiple demands and timelines
    • People who will lift and hold our team accountable to a high standard
    • A good communicator who is a strong collaborator
